It is with heavy hearts and slightly lighter beer fridges that we announce the passing of Barry "Baz" Thompson. Baz was a devoted husband, loyal mate, enthusiastic BBQ supervisor, and a world-renowned expert in subjects he had only just learned about. Whether discussing rugby, politics, lawn care, fishing, or the correct way to reverse a trailer, Baz was always happy to share his opinions... usually at length. He leaves behind a loving family, countless friends, three unfinished DIY projects, two sheds full of "valuable items", and strict instructions that nobody was to throw anything away because "you never know when you'll need it." Baz's family take comfort knowing he is now enjoying a perfectly mown lawn, a cold beverage, and finally getting the last word.
